Eastern Suburbs Junior Cricket Club strive to do the following for Junior cricket in the southern and eastern areas of Wellington City

1. To have all children find cricket very enjoyable
2. To develop the skills of cricket in each child as much as possible 
3. To have each child feel an affinity to Easts so they want to return after their schooling to the club
